Paperless Billing
If you choose to enroll in online paperless billing, you agree to receive all of your invoices electronically. You will no longer receive a mailed invoice. You will be notified via email when new invoices are available for viewing and payment. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to receive, and that you review, messages from Miller & Law, P.C. Please ensure messages from cms@millerandlaw.com, info@millerandlaw.com are not directed to your junk folder.

By selecting paperless billing, you agree to receive e-mails with electronic invoices, which will include notice of changes in services or service rates, including price increases or charges subject to your consent and the terms of your Agreement and applicable law. Subject to applicable law, and the terms of the Agreement with respect to notice for changes in service or service rates, such consent would be given by your payment or your failure to notify Miller & Law of changes to your contact information within 30 days of the invoice date.

To cancel paperless billing, simply send an email to cms@millerandlaw.com stating that you wish to un-enroll. You can also contact our office directly: 303-722-6500 to enroll or un-enroll from paperless billing.
