Curtis R. Henry is a principal of Miller & Law, P.C. and has over 20 years of experience practicing law. Mr. Henry supports the firm's clients in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, real estate, and business associations. He has earned Martindale Hubbell's AV-Preeminent rating for his high ethical standards and legal ability.
Mr. Henry is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and of the University of Denver College of Law. He was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado the same year that he earned his Juris Doctorate. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Henry served as attorney in Thistle, Inc. v. Tenneco, Inc. 872 P.2d 1302 (Colo. In addition to his various legal activities, Mr. Henry was a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, an international organization formed to foster scientific research, advance the science of geology, promote technology, and inspire high professional conduct.
