W. Andrew Figel is an associate at Miller & Law, P.C. practicing in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, and business law. Along with the firm's principals, Mr. Figel assisted in the influential case In re Regan, which helped determine the proper construction of, and which debts are dischargeable under, the Colorado Mechanic's Lien Trust Fund Statute. Mr. Figel received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He continued on to Villanova University, where he received his Juris Doctorate and became Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review. He is admitted to practice law before the State Bar of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is also a member of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
