Like all attorneys at Miller & Law, P.C., Jeff Culbertson is adept at handling Mechanic's Liens and Mechanic's Lien Foreclosure cases, and Jeff's experience ranges from the simple collection variety to complex litigation. Jeff has experience in large construction disputes involving delays, disruptions, and accelerations often experienced by subcontractors due to changes in scope, scheduling, or by the active interference of the owners or contractors.
Jeff has assisted clients in obtaining SBE, MBE, and SBA status determinations and is familiar with the rules and regulations related to those programs. Jeff has assisted employers in defending union Unfair Labor Practice Claims, as well as advising clients with respect to their rights during Union Organizational Campaigns. Jeff is familiar with litigating of both Federal and State payment and performance bond claims, and of late, has also been involved in large and complex bankruptcy cases for the benefit of creditors.
