Thomas R. Bromberg

Thomas R. Bromberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation, design defects, and real estate law. Mr. Bromberg is well-versed in alternative forms of dispute resolution and frequently acts as a neutral in mediations and arbitrations. He has been practicing law for over 46 years and has earned Martindale-Hubbell's AV-Preeminent rating, indicating the highest ethical standards and legal ability.
Mr. Bromberg graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law. Prior to assisting Miller & Law, P.C., he was a Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe County from 1964 to 1966. During this time, he was also a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Navy Reserve.
Mr. Bromberg's commitment to legal knowledge and professional ethics is evidenced by his numerous professional memberships. He has been a member of the Economics of Law Committee of the Colorado Bar Association since 1971. In addition, he is a former member of the Grievance Committee of the Denver Bar Association and the Unauthorized Practice Committee of the Colorado Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in both Colorado and New York.
